The consortium comprises one business entity, which is associated with one non-business entity from the national R&D system. The lead promoter operates, fundamentally, in the area of development and production of technology modules. It has all the scientific-technological skills for the development of this technology, with proven experience in the market. The co-promoter has complementary skills that ensure the pursuit of the project's objectives. This co-promoter is qualified and has all the scientific-technological capacity to carry out the studies, develop the activities associated with it and guarantee the tests and results for the project, which will allow validating the prototype produced;
The non-business entities of the R&D system have facilities and all the necessary equipment for the scientific-technological developments of the project. The teams of these entities are made up of university professors and researchers with proven CVs and R&D experience necessary for all the scientific developments of the project. The lead developer will be responsible for technology development, manufacturing, pilot installation and will be the technology borrower.

MAGNUM CAP
MAGNUM CAP is a Portuguese company specialized in the development of solutions for the management and provision of electricity, including network management systems, energy storage systems and energy charging solutions for Electric Mobility. It is a company with experience in the development, production and marketing of electronic energy management systems, including electric vehicle charging systems and monitoring and energy efficiency systems; development, production and marketing of electrical and electronic products and equipment and software for monitoring and controlling energy consumption.
Positions itself as a supplier of charging solutions for the MOBI.E Electric Mobility system, in an articulated strategy and in partnership with Electric Mobility Operators, in order to find the best solutions and services adapted to the needs of operators and users of electric vehicles. Created in the context of Electric Mobility and Smart Cities, MAGNUM CAP verticalizes its activities specifically to promote the adoption and ease of use of electric vehicles, through the development of electronic infrastructures and software that allow easy mobility, reducing user anxiety of electric vehicles. At the same time, it promotes network/grid management solutions and the integration of renewable energies as a fundamental part of emission-free mobility. The MAGNUM CAP RTD nucleus has existed since 2010, having already resulted in two R&DT projects previously carried out within the scope of the QREN. The R&D department appears in this sequence, since MAGNUM CAP knows that Human Resources are the source of innovation and knowledge.

Instituto de Telecomunicações (IT)
The Instituto de Telecomunicações (IT) is a private non-profit association, of Public Utility, whose main objective is the creation and dissemination of knowledge in the field of telecommunications. Essentially dedicated to pre-competitive scientific research, this Institute, with centers in Aveiro, Coimbra and Lisbon, brings together more than 400 employees, of whom more than 300 have a doctoral degree, and who work in four main areas: Mobile Communications, Optical Communications, Multimedia Networks and Communications and Basic Sciences and Telecommunications Support Technologies.
IT is a national institution, with its own premises on the University campuses of Aveiro, Coimbra (Polo II) and the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, and offices at the Instituto Politécnico de Leiria, at the Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa ( Lisbon), at the University of Beira Interior (Covilhã) and at the University of Porto.
IT's main activity is pre-competitive research, the quality of which is internationally recognized and which annually results in around 15 books, 50 book chapters, 350 scientific articles published in international journals, 450 communications at prestigious conferences. IT currently has over 4000 scientific articles, with over 43,000 citations registered on the Web of Science.
IT is committed to increasing its capacity for national and international intervention, expanding its research activity in the areas of emerging technologies and playing an even more relevant and extended role in the telecommunications sector and in the transfer of knowledge to companies.
